When you say the text on the screen shows all caps, you mean it shows the
small caps and not just all caps? And the text you are selecting isn't all
caps to start with, right? If it looks right on the screen but prints
incorrectly, I have no idea why it would do that. You might want to double
check that the text isn't all caps instead of just small caps. I'd try
selecting the text and going to Format | Change Case and making sure it isn't
all UPPERCASE.
