Default when i print from word the background is not printing fully?

Most printers are not able to print "full bleed," as some irreducible
minimum nonprintable area is required for paper handling. Even those that do
claim to print "borderless" may do so only for certain smaller paper sizes
(up to 8" x 10", say), perhaps with a special paper carrier. If your printer
is one that boasts borderless printing, you may still need to select a
specific setting in the printer Properties in order to do this. Otherwise,
your only option is to print to oversized paper and trim, which is what
commercial printers do.
