Default Printing to PDF

Set the Adobe driver as the active printer driver and re-adjust the
formatting before creating the PDF.
What you then see in print preview is what should be in the PDF.

All the page sizes both for Word and Adobe are set to 8.5 x 11. What
it looks like is happening is if there is a table that is at the
bottom of the page. The internal formatting of word with adobe
pushes the end of the table to another page. We can't find a way to
change the preferences in word or adobe to rectify the situation.

What is the paper size setting for the PDF printer? Click on

when printing to adobe pdf from msword the document seems to be
scaled, we've
checked that no scaling options are checked. the document is just
formatted
different when selecting any other printer or the adobe printer.
when printing the pdf it seems to be scaled to 95%, the margins,
footer and header
are also not the correct size. ie. 1" margins are 1.125" and header
and footer are .25 larger than there supposed to be.
