Default MS Word index creation?

Your TOC will reflect the number displayed on the page. You can change that
number (as you have). See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Numbering/PageNumbering.htm and
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...rontMatter.htm.

The TOC will include only those headings whose styles you include. If you
have material in the front matter that you don't want included, make sure
that it uses different styles; see
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/TOCTips.htm

Hi every1!

I have one question: if you have document - for instance 70 pages long
- and you have page numbers on 6th page to 70 page.

1 without page number
2 without page number
3 without page number
4 without page number
5 th page index page without page number
6th page PAGE WITH NUMBER ONE
7th page PAGE WITH NUMBER TWO

Is it possible to have TOC field (index) who starts with 6th page
(number one page)? NOT 6, 7, or so on
Is it possible to subtract number form TOC field??? like {= {TOC} - 6}
or if you have index with more than one page like {= {TOC} -
{IndexLength}} to have it done automatically?

Best regards,

UdesBay
