The following macro will add a [ before the bookmark and " - bookmark name"
and a ] after it.

Dim abm As Bookmark
For Each abm In ActiveDocument.Bookmarks
abm.Range.InsertBefore "["
abm.Range.InsertAfter " - " & abm.Name & "]"
Next abm
