how do i add blank page after Word template?

There are several ways to do that, but the simplest is to put the
cursor at the end of page 1 in the existing template, go to the Insert
Break dialog, and select a Next Page section break. Now use the File
Page Setup dialog to select the margins and other items for the new
section 2 that begins on page 2, being sure to select "This section"
in the "Applies to" box. Save the template, and use it to make new
documents.
