The simplest way is to merge to a new document. Otherwise, you can use the
toolbar to scroll through the data viewing it on your screen as merged.

I have a list of 300+ mailing labels. I open word and go to Mail Merge

go through all of that. Once I am finished, I only see one page of it.

can't figure out how to view the other ones and print them, too. At
