In Word 2003, ToolsOptionsSave includes a checkbox to Embed TrueType
Fonts, but be aware that the *entirety* [all glyphs] of any font used

the template wil be embedded -- large file size. Just keep in mind that
not all fonts can be embedded & that most of the newer fonts aren't TTs.
