Default How to insert HTML in Word?

Hi Natalie,

Word can open HTML files and save to its flavor of HTML from
Office Button=Save As=Other formats.

If you're wanting to look at or edit the HTML source directly then in
Office Button=Word Options=Advanced=General
turn on [x] Confirm file format conversion on open
and when you open a .HTM file in Word select 'plain text' rather than Web page as the file type.

It Word did not create the HTML file and you want to open the page, not the source code in Word you can use the technique above and
select web page or be sure you have saved the file with a .HTM extension.
