Well, as I wrote, the link
https://www.facebook.com/tracy.astle does not
work for me, even in a browser. I get an error message, presumably because I
don't have a Facebook account. Maybe Word can't handle links that require a
log-in prompt.

So, Still no answer for why, when I am fully logged in to Facebook, I
can get to some Facebook pages via hyperlinks in a MS Word document, but
not others.
In all cases, I can go to Word, right click on the link, select edit
hyperlink, copy the full URL, paste it into 3 different browsers, and go
right to the page.
