Make sure that the caps in your heading are coming from the Heading 2 style.
That is, format the style as All Caps instead of turning on CapsLock when
you type the heading.

I am creating a template in Word 2003. I have a table of contents based
on
Headings 1-4. The text in the document for Heading 2 is upper case, but
in
the table of contents it should be title case. It shows up in upper case.
How can I get the TOC2 to be title case as there is no option of change
case
in the style?
Thanks,
Ricki
