The pdfmaker in Word 2003 has disappeared and I can't find it.
The pdfmaker was in Word 2003 but all of a sudden it has disappeared. It is
still available in Excel 2003. I have re-loaded Adobe Acrobat Professional
6.0 and Office 2003 but to no avail.
