Default sharing styles

Save the document as a template, removing all the text and leaving just the
styles. Have your colleage create new chapters based on the template. Or,
for chapters already created, she can insert an existing document into a new
one based on the template, but of course if the styles haven't already been
applied, they'll have to be.
