Every time I use a label, I lose my automatic delivery point bar code on my

Every time I use a label, I lose my automatic delivery point bar code on my envelope; also I want it to alway be in small caps and indented. I'm not quite certain I follow. Could you describe the steps you use for the various things, please, and specify what, exactly, is wrong (at what point)? It's not clear, for example, whether you create a sheet of labels, or print out only one. Also, which version of Word do you have?
