Update Table of Contents on Word 2003
I have created a Table of Contents using the Caption style which is the only
style to extract in this document. It looks fine. But when I add a new entry and right-click the table I do not get the expected options: Update page numbers or Update entire table of contents This happens from time to time so I am pretty sure it's opertor (me) error. I've created lots of documents with tables of contents that work as expected. What am I doing wrong? |

Update Table of Contents on Word 2003
I learned something new today. The Outlining toolbar contains the Update ToC
functionality I need. I'd been doing a right-click in the table which only updated the page numbers. Right-click works on some docs but not all.
