When I click on a file, after a long delay, Word tries to open but the screen
stays blank. The tool bar is empty. When I try to close the file, I get a
message that the file is not responding. It is then difficult to close Word.
Sometimes this happens with only one file, sometimes with more. The problem
is fixed with System Restore, but reoccurs a few days later. Thank your for
