Hi All,
I am using word 2003 on XP. I am editing a document and when I go to "insert comments" a list of all the changes appears. In earlier versions of word only the comments list would appear, rather than every deletion/insertion etc. Is there a way to turn off the deletions/insertions from the comments list and view the comments only? And another question, is there a way to hide the comments pane when I go back
to my doc? Currently, I go to insert comment, the comments pane comes up, I type away and then return to the main document and the comments pane is still visible. So far I've been "pulling" the main doc pane down to hide it, but I'd like it to automatically hide when I return to the main document. It gets a bit distracting. Thanks, fiona |
