When I want to enter two Merge Fields on the same line with a space in
between them in Word 2003 I have to insert one field then click 'Close' then re-open the insert merge field box to insert the second field. If I insert the first field then press the space bar it inserts the first field again. Similarly with the 'Enter' button if I want to add a second field on the next line. Is there a fix? |

Enter the first field, then the second field then after closing the form,
insert the space or whatever it is that you want between the two fields. Alternatively, see the "Display list of merge fields in a non-modal dialog box" item on fellow MVP Cindy Meister's website at: http://homepage.hispeed.ch/cindymeis...o02.htm#FldLis -- Hope this helps.
