Is there any way to combine the print range and the printing of odd/even pages? We are looking for something like the following:
1-6, even7-258,259-265 This would print ppg 1-6, the even pages between 7 and 258, and then all pages from 259-265. Our current solution is pretty ugly! |

First, note that you're printing _all_ the even pages.
You could then do a second pass printing all the odd pages in the range 1-5,259-265.
