See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/PrintDocList.htm for
two methods. Or see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/InsertFileNames.htm for a macro solution. Or try the Printfolders utility linked from Word MVP Graham Mayor's website http://www.gmayor.com/downloads.htm . Brenda B wrote: I need a list of the folders and subfolders in each directory. |

Yyou can use the PrntScrn button to copy a full screen (or Alt-PrntScrn to
copy a window only) and paste in into Paint (Start, Programs, Accessories, Paint) but the results can be iffy, particularly if your directory extends beyond a screen. You may want to look at www.download.com for a freeware program called DirPrinting. It allows you to print lists of folders -- and it's free. -- Carol A.
