I really need to know how to automatically update a mail merge everytime I
open a word document that has a mail merge in it. Our databases are constantly changing and the lady that does the mailing does not understand the concept of setting up a mail merge, so I really need it to update automatically. If anyone can help me out I would be very grateful. Thank you |

When you say the databases are constantly changing do you mean that there is
a new database each time or that the data in an existing data base is constantly changing? For the latter, if the main document is already set up with the mergefields in it, all that you need to do is execute the mailmerge. -- Hope this helps.
