I cant find this border anywhere can anyone help me? I need it really bad for
a test. when I look for it in the page border art option it tells me that
there is no art files. How can i get this please help

In 2003, go to Format | Borders and Shading. Make sure you click on the Page
Border tab. You should find it in the Art section at the bottom of the dialog
box.
