Attach the required data source from the mailmerge toolbar
(http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm ). It should replace the existing data source associated with the document. If that doesn't work set the document type to Normal Word Document then use that document to create a new merge with the correct source. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Badri wrote: I am not able to insert a new data (Excel file) in mail merge, it's showing the old file.
