From Outlook 2007 Tools Options Account Settings Address Books (there
is a similar option in earlier versions) add a new Outlook Address book then delete the old Outlook Address Book (NOT THE CONTACTS LIST!!!!). In earlier Outlook versions you can delete the address book THEN add it back again.. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org toni loundes wrote: i've got my contacts list in outlook but when creating new mail it says that the names / addresses are not there.....it says that contact folder associated with this address list cant be opened.
