On behalf of the tenants association where i live we are trying to have one
of the workers removed from his position because he doent do anything and he
is disrespectful to the tenants. Im unsure how to go about this and was
looking for some help.

Talk to the association's attorney. (This advice comes from a former condo
association president.)
