I'm using Word 2003 to create a template. Is it possible to allow for
multiple selections in a form field drop-down list? Thanks in advance. |

No, not in a standard form field dropdown. You can do this, though, if you
replace the form with a "userform" (custom dialog) and place a list box or combo box there. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306258 or http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Userforms/CreateAUserForm.htm. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
