Also want to turn the Insert key OFF when opening the same word file.

The Word VBA does not provide a way to change the setting of the
CapsLock. This would require the Windows API and is well beyond the
scope of this newsgroup. You might try pursuing the question in
word.vba.general.

The code line to turn off the Insert key (turn off Overtype) is

Options.Overtype = False
