Whenever I open a document I do no see the status bar. I know I can get the
status bar via Tools - Options - View - Status Bar... but I find it very annoying that I have to do this action every time. Is there a way to modify my settings so that the status bar is permantly displayed? Many thank! |

Add the line
Application.DisplayStatusBar = True to both an autoopen and an autonew macro and it will be ever present. See http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Frank knarf_69 wrote: Whenever I open a document I do no see the status bar.
