In Word 2007 Status bar is set to show page number, line, column, number of
words and vertical page position. However, when I move the cursor or add text, these bits of information do not update except for the word count. How can I make the vertical position indicator show the correct position value? |

I have the same problem too. I have been searching the entire help menu but
it seems that this important information in the status bar was nixed in the uprgrade. I hope I'm wrong. Would appreciate some help, perhaps from the Microsoft people.
