Hello everyone,

I used to be able to use translation services without a problem. I would
select the text, right click, choose translate and get the result.

However, recently I've been having trouble translating text from English to
French or German. When I use the translation services I get "Send document
for translation over the Internet in unencrypted HTML format" in return.

What does this mean and how do I get rid of this "HTML format" thingy? Or,
if not possible, how do I send the document in HTML format and to what
address?

1. Check the languages (to make sure you're starting with the right one)

2. I always see the message you quote; the actual translation appears below it

3. Click the "Translation options" to make sure the language pairs are
activated, and using the off-line or on-line service, as you prefer.
