Default paste "new document" data onto labels

when creating labels, how do I paste to a full sheet after creating a "new
document?

Create the first label in one cell of the table (if you don't see the table,
click Table Show Gridlines). Copy that cell to the clipboard; then select
the whole table and paste.

An alternative is the macro at the end of the article
