When I attempt to save a document by using Save As, and I change the location
of where I want my document saved to, all of the internet sites I have
visited are listed.

I have tried deleting my internet history and that does not clear them from
this particular location.

I share my computer and don't always want people to know my internet paths...

I am having a hard time replicating this. Where are you navigating to when
you see this list? I am familar with the recent documents list, but not of
the recent Internet Explorer history from within Word.

I recomend downloading another browser in your situation. I believe Opera
(opera.com) has an option to delete cookies and history on exit and is not
tied to MS Office in any way.
