I just upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007.
When I highlight the address in a letter and want to print a mailing label (Avery 5163), the label prints at the top left hand corner of the label selected (i.e. Row 2, Column 1). Sure, this can be corrected by hitting "RETURN" 2x and "SPACING" over, but this should not be the case. I did not have this problem in Word 2003. Any suggestions would be greatful. |

Label templates are supplied by the label mfr & designed according to their
intended use. Avery 5163 is a *shipping* label, not a mailing address label, so its layout is set accordingly. Although there may be a way to alter the template it's far less trouble to either locate a 2x4 label that has a different layout or use a label intended to be used as a mailing label. You might check the Avery site to see if there is a template that ofers the size/layout combination you need. Regards |:) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac On 8/9/08 12:53 PM, in article , "Jeff W."
