Default How do I create multiple indexes in Word 2007

I've just created an index for a culinary history book, and now I need to
create a separate index for the book's recipes. I've tried all the advice on
Ctrl+F9 and /b and \f "a", but nothing works.

The XE fields must have an identifier matching the one in the INDEX field.

Word's Help on the XE and INDEX fields explains this. See the "Switches"
sections of http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/wo...862161033.aspx (XE
field) and http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/wo...862091033.aspx (INDEX
field).
