[Dhutson]

There are properly installed fonts on my computer that don't show up in the
pulldown menus of Word or Publisher. For example, I show 4 faces of Gill Sans
but have 9 in my Font folder.

Bold, italic, and bold italic variants are never displayed separately in the
Font dropdown. They are used by applying the Bold and Italic properties.
