My printing is not lined up in Rotary template when printed

Make sure that in the Scale to Paper Size section of the File Print dialog
that the setting is No Scaling and try printing on plain paper and compare
the layout of the result with the label sheet.

Many printers are not capable of accurately feeding the label stock.
