WORD 2007

This is one way to do it.

Double click the text that is in blue so that it's highlighted.

Home tab
Clipboard group
Click on the:-
Format Painter
- button.

Now click in the text that you want to change and it will pick up the
required blue colour.

WORD 2007

As an alternative to my earlier posting you could click in the blue
text then:-
Home tab
Font group
Click on the arrow in the lower right hand corner.
The Font window should open.

In the Font window Font tab in the:-
Font color:
- field click on the drop down arrow to the right and you should see
(highlighted) the colour that has been applied.

Now copy the colour that has been applied to the text to which you
wish to apply it.

Default color matching new text

In the Font dialog, click the arrow beside "Font color" and choose "More
Colors..." In the Colors dialog, select the Custom tab. This will show you
the exact RGB "recipe" for your selected text.
