I have used the letter wizard to set up my letter leaving a 5cm space for my
letterhead. However, for some reason, Word is assuming I wish to print every page of my letter on headed paper, and has left a 5cm gap at the top of every page (there are two pages). I have attempted to use the header and footer settings and set 'different first page' but that hasn't worked - there is *STILL* a 5cm gap at the top of the second page. How do I set it (and I'm sure there must be a setting I'm overlooking) so that the gap is only at the top of the first page - different odd and even hasn't worked either.
