Why does Norton AV 2005 want to launch a .msi when I start Word?

Every time I start Word - doesn't matter if I start using the Word logo or a ..doc or .rtf file, it comes up with several Norton AntiVirus 2005 popups indicating that it is launching, then several error popups explaining that this .msi must be launched thru setup. You might try asking this in the more specialized group office.setup, since you haven't received any reply in this general group.
