Default import folder of shortcuts (expansions) to autocorrect

I asked this question yesterday and was wondering if the answer could be
simplified and step by step for me. I live, eat and breathe transcription and
not being able to use my expansions is killing me literally.

All I want is to move my expansions folder from my desktop (where I have
them for safe keeping and easy access) to the autocorrect folder in word.

I would really appreciate any help that anyone can give me. Again, step by
step simplified works well for me.

Thanks in advance.
