I have created a letterhead template. It contains a header to appear on the
second and subsequent pages only if the letter is longer than one page. This does not appear to be documented in your knowledge base. I would hope that you would post it with an answer to a problem I have encountered. The header does not display even though it exists. By that, I mean that when typing takes you to the second page, the header should appear automatically. The only way I can make it appear is to click view header/footer. What causes the header to be suppressed? ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
