Attached Envelope should not be counted as a page for {NUMPAGES}
When an envelope is added to a document it is counted as a page as far as
{NUMPAGE} is concerned. So if there is an envelope and 2 pages, the footer says "Page 0 out of 3, PAGE 1 OUT OF 3 AND Page 2 out of 3. Not good for legal documents that need to tell the total number of real pages.
