Hello,
i would like to know if there is a chance to copy a style (template) (dont exactly know how its called, i have got german version of Word) or better said only the settings of a style (i.e. bold, centered, and indentation of 6pt) to a new style, without making the source style a base for the new style (like it happens when you choose "Refresh, to adept to selection" (dont know if thats the correct term for it, i mean the last option when you right-click on a style in the style-window/manager)? it would save me a lot of work, because i have to re-create about 40 style (templates), and i need to assign them the attributes/formatting of already existing styles (i could simply rename the old ones, but the new styles have to be independent from the old ones and must not have the old styles as base style! And the renaming even doesnt work for all styles, but i shoud not be done this way either, because the old styles should be obtained in the document!). I would be REALLY thankful if somebody could help me! C.H. |
