Problem accessing existing Word files/receive "normal" template sa
All of a sudden I cannot open any of my existing word files (CD, USB or hard
drive) and I get a 'normal' template save box stating the normal template has been changed and do I want to save it. Then I say 'no' and it eventually permits me to close the box and get back to word. I've reloaded word and same keeps happenning. -- Becky Skornia |
