Default How do I restrict number of words allowed in a document?

Hi,

I am trying to create a document that only allows 3000 to be entered into
it, with a field that shows the number of words entered into the document so
far. I haven't been able to find a way of placing a word restriction on the
document as a whole or via a table. Is there a way that this can be done
please?

Thanks,

Sue
