In previous Word releases, I could easily copy a paragraph mark and paste it
over another paragraph mark. This action would eleminate the formatting of the second paragraph and copy the formatting from the first. However, there seems to be a glitch in the 2003 version. When I copy and then paste, nothing happens. Formating stays the same. Even when I copy and paste the paragraph mark anywhere else in the document (not overwriting the current mark), the paragraph mark is not displayed. I used this feature a lot before upgrading to Word 2003. I know that I can use style, but copying and pasting a paragraph mark is quicker for me if I'm not doing a lot of heavy formatting. |
