Default Can I create a personal signature to be inserted as an auto text?

Hello,

Is it possible to insert a personal signature in Microsoft Word 2003 as an
autotext?

In the older version I had, I could insert my signature, with particular
format, including company address, telephone number, etc but after upgrading
to Microsoft 2003 I am unable to do so. Before I was also able to insert my
electronic signature (image) as an autotex. As per what I remember, I did so
before via shortcuts to files containing what I wanted to insert.

Thanks and best regards,

Carlos
