I cannot access several files I have password protected. I did not forget my
password. I am not entering it incorrectly. Something in Word/Office has changed the stored password so that my password no longer satisfies the challenge. This is true for all files, except one, which I frequently use. Conincidentally - and I am not sure if they are related issues; perhaps just interesting coincidents - I have been receiving the following message while closing Word - "you have changed your normal.dot fie. do you want to save the changes". Any suggestions. |
