Fellow Forum Members,
I have setup a 5 column table with 300 rows of data in Word 2003. The Customer requires that I give him this data in a text file format. Can anyone tell me how to properly export a Word table in a Text File format so that the following doesn't happen: 1. My repeating table header row is not carried over to the Text File 2. My repeating page footer is not carried over to the Text file. 3. My repeating page header is not carried over to the Text file. If I select Save As Plain Text option the text file that is produced has no formatting at all. I need a text file export option that maintains the table formatting, repeating table row header, footers, and page header. Is there an app besides WORD 2003 that can deliver a good looking text file? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
