trouble opening .doc files with office 2007
Hi! I'm having trouble opening my old .doc files on my new PC with Vista and
Office 2007 Pro. New .docx files open fine. The old .doc files show no associated program, and when I click on associate or open with, MS Word is not available, even if I browse to winword.exe it won't accept it and takes me back to the open with starting page. None of the office programs show in the default programs folder in Control panel, although all are installed and working normally! Any suggestions? |
